Home inspections are priced by the age of the home and the square footage. 

Additional costs for: 
Crawlspaces, basements, water test, out buildings, sprinkler systems and septic inspections.

I accept cash or check, no credit cards.

I have a $25.00 discount if the home inspection fee is paid the day of inspection, verses inspection fee paid at closing.
