What is a Home Inspection?

A home inspection report will review the visible condition of these systems: heating system, central air conditioning (temperature permitting), interior plumbing, electrical systems, roof and roof penetrations, gutters, attic, visible insulation and ventilation, walls, ceiling, floors, windows and doors, foundation, basement, crawl space and lot drainage. I also offer septic inspections and water testing.
